United to build a strong team that has each others back, whether we support each other through holiday, unwell or in times of crisis or simply proof and edit each others work. As a recruiter Jen has worked in JAVA Development, commercial, senior management and creative marketing, and now sources top freelance talent to build collectives. In 2008, she landed herself a job with one of her favourite clients and made the switch to marketing, which means Jen now has more than 11 years experience in digital marketing, content and SEO. Her key strength is ideation, authentic storytelling, and finding a healthy balance between SEO optimisation and creativity. Jen manages the content flow and assignments.
